Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newry for a Food and Beverage Manager at Killeavy Castle Estate. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring excellent service quality, managing budgets and resources, training and mentoring team members, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with other departments to align with the estate’s sustainability ethos and organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Proficient knowledge and experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations.
* Strong expertise in Customer Service and the ability to build positive guest experiences.
* Proven ability to conduct team Training and develop staff to their full potential.
* Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation within the food and beverage industry.
* Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Familiarity with sustainable practices in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
* A hospitality management degree or relevant qualification is advantageous.
