The Role: As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the early developmental stages of our young learners. Working in close partnership with the class teacher, you will help create a warm, inviting, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Your daily interactions will include guiding children through a variety of activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. You will assist in implementing engaging lesson plans, observing and recording children's progress, and providing targeted support to help every child reach their full potential. Your nurturing approach will encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence, laying a strong foundation for future learning and development in a friendly, inclusive setting.
