About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurants Manager to lead two of London’s most elegant dining venues: Sette, our modern Italian restaurant, and the sophisticated Bvlgari Lounge, both located within the ultra-luxury Bvlgari Hotel London.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the guest experience in an environment where exceptional service, attention to detail, and authentic Italian hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a large and diverse team, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and coordinate all aspects of service across Sette and the Bvlgari Lounge
· Ensure standards consistently exceed LQA service expectations
· Recruit, lead, and develop a large, multicultural front-of-house team
· Foster a culture of genuine hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
· Collaborate closely with the culinary and senior hotel leadership teams
· Monitor guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance
· Uphold the values and reputation of the Bvlgari brand in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum of 5 years' experience managing high-end or luxury restaurant operations
· Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams
· Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and fine dining service culture
· Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
· Impeccable attention to detail and a guest-centric mindset
· Fluency in Italian or a background in Italian culture is a plus, and adds value to the authentic experience we aim to deliver—though not required
