Salary: £29,000 per annumHours : Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm

What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, ensuring everyone receives a friendly, professional, and efficient service.
Deliver customer service excellence, responding to queries, requests and complaints with confidence and speed.
Support centre operations, working collaboratively with colleagues and occasionally stepping in for management when required.
Assist with events and activities, helping to create engaging experiences that strengthen the centre's sense of community.What We're Looking For
