We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
* Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow across the organisation.
* Perform clerical duties as needed to support the executive team.
Requirements
* Proven office experience with a background in administrative roles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
