KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Respect of standards for safety and environment (To Control safety and environmental protection procedures and regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment)
• Existence and evolution of verification and maintenance plans
• Adequacy of means / production
• Reduction of energy and maintenance costs, improvement of availability of equipment ( reliability).
• Reduction of PDR consumption
• Efficiency of the Energy Sector and equipment reliability (Technical support to the operation, Troubleshooting and maintenance, quality related to the fluids, availability and durability, Definition of spare-parts need).
• Training of operators, maintenance staff for techniques and methods, and the users to "consume better"
• The sub-contracted activities are regularly assessed (EP applications rules, best practices compliance, respect for planning, costs, performance...).
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:
1. High Pressure Welding: certified to ASME Section IX.
2. Certification: licensed in SMAW and GTAW processes in all positions (6G).
3. Working knowledge of metal working equipment such as but not limited to, Press Brakes, Iron Workers, CNC equipment and Shears.
4. Must be able to read and interpret Welding symbols.
5. Teamwork: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a commitment to safety.
6. Troubleshooting Experience: Proficient in equipment troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and preventative maintenance.
7. Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
8. Leadership skills and decision making are a definite asset.
