Regional HR Advisor We are working with an industry leading client on the lookout for an experienced Regional HR Advisor to join their People Experience team, overseeing multiple sites across the South East region. This Regional HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting multiple sites across the South East and outskirts of London, providing professional HR advice, coaching managers, and partnering closely with leaders to deliver practical, people-driven solutions that make a real impact. This is a regional role that combines operational delivery with strategic influence. You’ll spend around two to three days per week visiting sites, with the remainder of your time spent working remotely. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between sites. Key responsibilities will include: * Provide expert, trusted HR advice across a wide range of employee relation cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and capability – ensuring fair, consistent and legally sound outcomes. * Owning ER Case work end to end, offering proactive support and coaching to managers and helping to build confidence and capability in handling sensitive people matters * Championing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to exit, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive colleague experience * Coaching and upskilling managers to strengthen their people management skills, with a particular ...
