If you are an adtech or martech expert looking for a technically challenging product management position, we’d love to hear from you. Do your ears perk up at the idea of turning large data sets into improvements to business outcomes? Do you have experience with global media planning & activation? We are searching for a Director of Product Manager with a proven track record of enabling cross-functional teams to build the Kinesso Marketing Intelligence Engine platform. You will need to understand the world of media planning and activation and the application of machine learning for advertising. As a global product manager you will work closely with cross-functional teams of media planners, engineering, design, and marketing to bring some of the world’s largest marketers better value for their media investments.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the definition of a Product Vision and communicate its narrative through short-term and long-term roadmaps
2. Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader on campaign optimization
3. Drive innovation through the Identification of unmet industry needs and disruption opportunities in Martech/Adtech
4. Synthesize research from agency users, and marketing partners to balance big ideas with day-to-day feature requests
5. Lead a globally distributed and matrixed scrum team
6. Partner with a diverse set of stakeholders across the organization to solicit ideas, influence strategy and generate buy-in to proposed actions, while maintaining an objective position
7. Collaborate with data scientists and product team subject matter experts to integrate functionality across the Kinesso ecosystem
8. Partner with product marketing to bring to product features to market and inspire stakeholders and collaborators across the organization to become the solutions users can’t live without
9. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure
10. Encourage a data-driven, agile culture as a role model and influencer
11. Manage your scrum team towards a healthy balance of innovation, technical debt reduction, and day to day maintenance and support
Desired Skills & Experience
12. Experience working as a product manager in high performing, cross functional teams that have shipped products at scale
13. Experience with media planning and activation
14. Knowledge or experience with machine learning solutions for advertising and marketing
15. Experience managing products through the full life cycle: strategy, development, launch, optimization, sunset.
16. Strategic and tactical thinking; identifying and prioritizing opportunities in strategic and tactical contexts.
17. You have experience working with Agile Methodologies
18. People management experience, w/ strong team motivational skills.
19. Presentation skills to Sr. leadership, superior organization, and communication skills (written/oral).
20. Experience working with distributed teams across multiple offices and time zones
