Key Responsibilities
* Advise property developers, investors, landlords, tenants and financial institutions, delivering clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused solutions across a broad range of commercial property matters.
* Manage a varied caseload, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documents while supporting colleagues, assisting other departments and contributing to business development and firm‑wide initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
* Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–4 years PQE and exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
