Salary: NJC 8 - 17 £26,824 - £31,022 + well-being cash plan + pension scheme + additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

About the Role
An exciting full time Leisure Centre Duty Manager on a permanent basis in a friendly gym. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all users. You will lead and support leisure centre staff to deliver exceptional customer service. You will ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and leisure industry standards and promote and support a diverse programme of sports and leisure activities. You will act as a keyholder, providing building security and emergency call-out support and handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally and proactively.
What We’re Looking For
* A confident, reliable leader ideally with experience in a leisure or customer service environment.
* A team player who is flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused.
* Someone with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to health and wellbeing.
* Ideally you will be a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification holder with strong knowledge of poolside safety and operations.
* (Those with relevant experience in leisure, but currently not qualified may be considered if willing to qualify for the qualification)
