This is a remote working role with occasional attendance at Head Office in London, or a hybrid option based in central London.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the International Claims team, reporting to the Senior Claims Coordinator and Senior Adjuster.
2. Handle new claims, including instructions, acknowledgements, file setup, and risk screening.
3. Assist throughout the lifecycle of claims, managing diaries and supporting proactive claim management.
4. Oversee caseloads, liaising with insured parties, insurers, brokers, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
5. Assist with the production and typing of technical reports via dictation, ensuring timely delivery, and handle invoicing and billing.
About You
* Previous or current experience in Insurance Claims is essential.
* Experience in typing complex reports via dictation is essential.
* Organized with the ability to manage workload independently.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong relationship management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and various systems.
* Capability to exceed targets and meet deadlines.
