Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, they are looking for an experienced and commercially minded HRBP to deliver trusted, high impact leadership across a diverse and complex client group. This is a key role within their People function, shaping how people strategy, culture and organisational capability enable the business to achieve its objectives.
Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, the position will influence operational decision making across organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership capability and change. The role balances long term strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, operating effectively within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The position also includes leadership responsibility for an HR Advisor and HR Administrator, ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality people and ER advice, effective case management, and a positive experience for both leaders and employees that are closely aligned to the organisation's values.
