About the role:
Depot Operations Support - InPost Distribution Swansea depot
Are you ready to be at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic parcel operation? Join InPost Distribution as a Depot Operations Support team member and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily parcel activities, exceptional customer care, and seamless administration in our Swansea depot!
Location: InPost Swansea, Mill Stream Way, Central Business Park, Swansea Vale, Llansamlet, Swansea SA7 0AG.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Hours: 12:30 - 18:00 (25 hrs per week)
Salary: £15,873 p/a
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting drivers and colleagues across shifts, handling queries via face-to-face, phone, email, and digital systems.
* Managing driver bookings, parcel processing, and live delivery monitoring to keep parcels on time.
* Assisting with damage control, repacking, and resolving logistical issues.
* Handling key admin tasks such as customer reception, claims processing, onboarding support, and internal communications.
* Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
* Collaborating closely with the depot and management team to escalate and resolve issues.
