About the role
This skilled position requires management of the Entier team on the unit to ensure that the provision of catering and full housekeeping services are delivered to a high standard at all times. This includes the delivery of quality laundry, accommodation, messroom and janitorial services, while adhering to health and safety standards.
Applicants should have undertaken the following training and obtained the relevant certificates:
* Catering Qualification and/or Time Served Experience
* Food Hygiene certification – preferably held but not essential
* STCW
* BOSIET (HUET)
Details of relevant certification must be included with the application, including expiry dates. Only candidates with relevant and up-to-date certification will be considered.
Applicants should demonstrate positive attitudes and behaviours, displaying an approachable, friendly, and helpful manner to colleagues and customers at all times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in catering/hospitality.

Salary: $55,000.00 per year
