Description: The company are seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agency Valuer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for listing a targeted number of properties - and full training will be given. You should be happy to work in a vibrant team, be enthusiastic and motivated to learn and to embrace the challenge that Estate Agency brings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property valuations and provide detailed information to potential tenants. The ability to offer the very best customer service, building strong relationships with clients. Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area. Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently. Work closely with other team members to achieve team and company goals. Requirements: Experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industyr. Strong knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in relevant software applications. Must have a full driving license.
