About the Role
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Real Estate lawyer to take on a leadership role within the Glasgow team, with a clear mandate to contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
You will:
* Lead on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development and investment work
* Play a key role in managing and developing client relationships
* Support and mentor junior members of the team, contributing to a positive and high-performing culture
* Work closely with Partners on strategic initiatives and business development
* Have the autonomy to build and grow your own practice within a supportive framework

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
* Be Scottish qualified with significant PQE in Real Estate (typically 8+ years’)
* Have a strong track record in commercial property work within a recognised firm
* Demonstrate the ability to manage complex transactions independently
* Be commercially minded, with an interest in business development and client growth
* Be a collaborative and approachable leader, keen to mentor and develop others
