✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Supervise/ mangage Drivers & direct reports within a transport operation
* Compliance and transport regulations in line with customer KPIs
* People management including absence, discipliners and ensuring all employees comply with the DHL code of conduct
* Helping maintain a positive workplace culture, recognizing excellence
* Support direct reports and helping drive engagement culture with are site teams.
✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Transport logistics experience essential
* Transport legal compliance desirable
* Transport health and safety compliance essential
* Pro active can work well under pressure
* Microsoft office, apps, excel, good knowledge required
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
