Field Sales Representative - Yorkshire

This role involves engaging with prospective clients, developing strong relationships, and driving sales growth across designated territories.

With customer demand increasing across fast food outlets, Indian restaurants and takeaways, and Italian restaurants, the role will focus on capitalising on these growing sectors to expand our client base.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of B2B sales processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your negotiation skills and customer service expertise in a fast-paced environment within the food service sector.

Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories through proactive outreach and networking.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

* Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present products or services, tailor solutions to client needs, and negotiate favourable terms.

* Manage a pipeline of leads using IT tools, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales progress.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any client issues efficiently.

* Organise and prioritise daily schedules to optimise visit routes and maximise sales opportunities.

* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales prospects.

Requirements

* Proven experience in B2B sales, with strong negotiation abilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

* Valid driving licence with the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple client visits and administrative tasks.

* Proficiency in IT systems for customer relationship management (CRM), reporting, and scheduling purposes.

* Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

* Good organisational skills to plan daily routes effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly.
