Who you will be Supporting?
Our supported living services in Kent offer either shared or self-contained accommodation for six young ladies with a range of disabilities. We are specialists in supporting people who are autistic. Our focus is on supporting people to live independently in their own home.
We aim to excel as a specialist provider of quality care and support, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of everything we do.
Our support enables people to make choices and express their individuality. Personalisation is fundamental to our service delivery, not just a checklist.
Applicants must be flexible regarding working hours to meet the service needs. Once training is completed, sleep-in shifts (paid separately) will be part of your schedule. We are looking for compassionate, patient, understanding, and proactive individuals who want to help the ladies we support excel in their lives, learning, and becoming as independent as possible. Our ladies enjoy activities like crafts, cooking, working, swimming, days out in London, or theme parks. We encourage social skills development. It's a lovely service with great people committed to making the most of life!
