ALTEN Ltd is looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join our IT Business in London, UK - hybrid set up, mix of office/client site/remote.
The position to be considered for a solution of the group (Methods).
Main missions:
* Analyze, study, and understand the project as a whole
* Identify risks (contractual, commercial, technical, financial..) in a complex environnement estimate their criticality, develop recommendations and propose coverage measures
* Ensure control of the scope & contractual obligations of the parties
* Evaluate opportunities to improve contract performance : generate and negotiate the contract évolutions & modifications to secure and improve turnover
* Participate in negotiations in support of operational teams
* Act on the client relationship and intervene in any disputes between the different parties of the contract : Prepare the operational & contractual elements of defense in litigation files
* Train project stakeholders on the content of the contract & specifications and possible risks.

* Analysis and synthesis: identify the necessary information for the realization of the activities and conduct a risk analysis

Required experience:
* 3 to 5 years of experience as a contract manager/legal counsel or project manager in an international environment
* Management of complex projects
