A client within the Public Sector based in North East Lincolnshire is currently recruiting for a Principal Building Control Surveyor to join their Building Control Service as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority building control environment. The Role The key purpose of the role is to lead and deliver the local authority’s Building Control function, ensuring compliance with the Building Regulations, Building Act 1984, and associated legislation, while supporting service excellence, public safety, and customer satisfaction.
