We're looking for a skilled Data & Reporting Analyst to join a key control and reporting function, supporting business-critical reporting and driving improvements through automation and process optimisation.
The Role
* Produce weekly/monthly management reporting packs
* Lead automation of end-to-end reporting processes
* Translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
* Perform data analysis, validation, testing, and quality control
* Improve data sources, processes, and decision strategies
About You
* Degree in a quantitative discipline
* 5–7+ years' experience in data analytics/reporting (financial services preferred)
* Strong Excel & MS Office skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable challenging the status quo
