Job Overview
The Conference & Events Manager is responsible for providing concierge service to all guests, clients, and colleagues of the property during, before, and after hours events. The role includes:
1. Supporting teammates in covering events and following up on details of scheduling.
2. Working closely with external vendors to ensure exceptional customer service.
3. Providing guidance and strategic planning skills for internal and external event owners.
This role is 100% on-site for a brand new, Class A office campus environment.
