Mobile Plant Fitter
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Salary: £19PH- £22PH DOE
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established heavy machinery company is looking for an experienced Plant Fitter. This role offers stable weekday hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of heavy plant equipment in a supportive, professional environment.
Mobile Plant Fitter Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintain and repair a fleet of heavy plant machinery including diggers, dozers, dumpers and excavators.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults and carry out effective repairs.
Complete service reports, job cards and all relevant paperwork accurately.Requirements needed for the Mobile Plant Fitter:
Proven experience as a Plant Fitter / Plant Mechanic / Heavy Plant Engineer.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrics and diesel engines.
NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering (or time-served equivalent).
