Field Service Engineer - Southwest England
Salary: £33,500 per annum, increasing to £35,000 per annum after completing a 6‑month probation, with overtime/bonus providing £36,000–£38,000 on target earnings.
Hours: 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

Our client, a leading supplier of automotive emission testing equipment for the UK MOT aftermarket, is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover the Southwest England region.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Engineering Team Manager, you will work independently, covering the Southwest England region (from Cornwall up to Bristol) and visit our clients to carry out servicing, maintenance, and calibration of automotive emission testing equipment. You will complete associated paperwork accurately and comply with Health & Safety requirements.
Location: Southwest England with easy access to major motorways.
Demonstrate strong IT knowledge (particularly Microsoft Windows) and excellent communication skills, as you will be the friendly face of our client when visiting customers. Be methodical, organised, and able to work independently. Experience with similar engineering, electronics, testing, or measurement systems is beneficial. Direct experience with automotive emission testing equipment is highly advantageous but not essential, as training is provided.
Qualifications
* Located in Southwest England with easy access to major motorways.
* Strong IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Windows.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
* Methodical and organised approach to workload.
* Experience in engineering, electronics, testing, or measurement systems is beneficial.
* Direct experience with automotive emission testing equipment is advantageous but not essential (training provided).
