* Potential to work from locations in Leeds / Huddersfield / Castleford / Manchester
* Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
* Duration: 15-18 months (aligned with the Level 3 standard)

The Role
As a Level 3 Apprentice Content Creator, you'll combine hands-on work with structured learning. You'll be employed full-time and work towards the National Apprenticeship standard for Content Creators. Over the apprenticeship you'll:
* Work to a brief: understand our brand, target audience, and campaign objectives.
* Research and segment audiences: learn how to tailor content according to platform, channel and audience behaviour.
* Develop written, visual and audio content: create social posts, graphics, short videos, blogs, campaigns across digital channels.
* Manage content workflows: capture, edit, label and organise media assets; store them securely and methodically.
* Understand legal & regulatory frameworks: copyright, intellectual property, accessibility, GDPR, brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with colleagues, coaches, marketing and digital teams: present ideas, contribute to campaigns, and respond to feedback.
* Monitor, analyse and evaluate content performance: use data and insight to recommend improvements and maximise engagement.
* Keep up-to-date with platforms, tools, emerging trends and continuously develop your skills.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
* A passion for creative content, digital media, storytelling and telling a brand's story.
* Good communication skills; comfortable writing, speaking, editing and presenting ideas.

Desirable:
* Some creative experience (voluntary or paid) in social media, digital content, video/photo editing or marketing.
* Basic familiarity with digital tools (such as social media platforms, video/photo editors, content management systems).
* Any previous work with children, youth programmes, or sport/education settings (desirable but not essential).
Apprenticeship Details
* Apprenticeship Standard: Level 3 Content Creator
* Typical duration: Approx. 12 months on-programme + up to 3 months for end-point assessment (total up to 15 months).
* Delivery: On-the-job work (daily content creation and campaign support) + off-the-job training/time for learning and assessments.
* Functional Skills: English and Maths at Level 2 required (support available if not already achieved).
* End Point Assessment: A project or campaign evaluation report + presentation + professional discussion based on a portfolio of evidence.
