They deliver successful projects across diverse industries, including commercial, industrial, education, rail infrastructure, depots, airports, waste, and energy. Key Duties
* Ensure health and safety for all on-site and promote a "Safety first" culture.
* Provide training and guidance on HSQE matters across the site.
* Ensure timely closure of actions from audits, inspections, accidents, and incidents.
* Monitor and facilitate compliance with the management system and standards such as BS EN ISO 9001, BS EN ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 45001.
About You
You should be an experienced Health and Safety professional within the construction sector, capable of obtaining Security Clearance for MOD site work. Experience with Asphalt Concrete or Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) is essential, as the role involves resurfacing runways at various MOD sites across the UK.
You will hold a NEBOSH qualification. Willingness to travel across locations such as Leicestershire, Oxfordshire, Norfolk, and Lincolnshire is required. The company offers accommodation support if staying overnight to reduce travel.
Salary and Benefits
Up to £60,000 plus a company car or allowance, subsistence, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, and support for further education and memberships.
