Customer Support Adviser

Are you a passionate, charismatic customer service professional looking to make a difference? We are recruiting for a Customer Support Adviser to join our team on a fixed term, full-time basis. You will be working as part of the customer support team, dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and email, and providing an efficient and professional service for our customers, ensuring that we deliver an excellent experience, every time. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication and people skills.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Have prior experience working in the social housing sector
* Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
* Have prior experience working in a customer service position
* Be confident in using IT including Microsoft Office
* Be a team player with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues
* Be committed to upholding Saxon Weald’s values
* Have a strong attention to detail
* Have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced enviroment.
* Have experience working in a call centre or similar enviroment
