Key Responsibilities
1. Tax Compliance & Reporting
o Provide documentation to external advisers (corporation tax, R&D, transfer pricing)
o Prepare and submit VAT returns, PSA, US sales tax
o Support employment tax compliance (IR35, P11D, STBVs, etc.)
o Assist with group tax forecasting, provisions, and financial statement disclosures
2. Tax Strategy & Risk Management
o Monitor tax legislation changes and assess impact
o Support audits and respond to tax authority queries
o Help document tax processes and support SAO compliance
o Identify tax risks and assist in mitigation strategies
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work with legal, finance, and operations to integrate tax into key decisions
o Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders

* Experience in corporate tax compliance/reporting
* Strong grasp of financial systems and reporting standards
* Clear communicator, highly organised, and detail-focused
* Collaborative and open to further qualifications
