Night Shift Kitchen Assistant - Gatwick Airport, The Breakfast Club
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour plus an incentive of £1.20 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am, bringing the rate to £14.10 per hour.
Hours of operation: 3am to 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
Shift Times: 10pm to 6am, with latest finish 8am.

About the Night Shift Kitchen Assistant role
* Accurate cooking and presentation to spec.
* Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
* Keep your workstation clean and organised.
* Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
* Previous kitchen experience is desirable but we will provide full training if you are new to the field.
