Post Completions Assistant
Location: Coventry - Onsite
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Post Completions Assistant within a dynamic Property Department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the conveyancing process and looking to further their career in a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with all elements of post-completion work including file progression to archiving.
* Handle matters from completion onwards, ensuring smooth transitions to file closing and eventual archiving.
* Perform dictation as required and update case management systems like LMS and Lender Exchange.
* Submit registrations, handle requisitions, and work within the CQS framework.
* Manage scanning of post, allocation to fee earners, and maintenance of both electronic and physical files.
* Undertake general administrative tasks and participate in departmental and firm-wide meetings.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a post-completion role within Residential Conveyancing.
* Proficient in the conveyancing process and understanding of office copy requirements.
* Familiarity with LMS, Lender Exchange, and Land Registry processes.
* Excellent client care, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Competence in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and case management systems (Tikit advantageous).
