1. Personalized Support:
* Offer 1:1 assistance to pupils with special educational needs, adapting teaching techniques to foster their confidence and independence.
* Collaborate with medical professionals to implement individualized care plans for children with specific medical conditions.
1. Collaboration and Planning:
* Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver activities.
* Support pupils during transitions and daily routines, ensuring their medical needs are met.
1. Emotional Well-being and Social Skills:
* Help pupils regulate their behaviour and emotions.
* Encourage positive interactions, both academically and socially.
1. Assessment and Communication:
* Contribute to formal SEND assessments, considering medical aspects.
* Share valuable insights with families and home schools, fostering a holistic approach to each child’s well-being.

* Our goal is to facilitate a swift return to long-term education settings, even for children with complex medical needs.
