Key Responsibilities
* Supporting your team to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to
* Engaging your team to create inspirational, creative and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery
* Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people
* Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures
* Implementation the EYFS with a good understanding of child development
* Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services
* Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive
* Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery
* Clear and accurate record keeping and report writing
* Promoting a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources in line with our nursery expectations
Essentials
Essentials
* Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Safeguarding Knowledge
* At least 2 year's experience working as a nursery practitioner or similar in an Early Years setting.
