We are working with a newly refurbished and relaunched pub restaurant in East London that is looking for a talented and ambitious
Head Chef
to take the food offering to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with creative freedom and the support of a forward-thinking management team.
The Opportunity
As Head Chef, you'll have the chance to
take full ownership of the kitchen, shape menus, and put your own stamp on a thriving business. This is a rare opportunity to combine

The Role
Lead and manage a brigade of 6 full-time staff (including KP)
Deliver consistently high standards across all dishes
Develop and evolve menus to keep the offer fresh and exciting
Oversee service for up to 55 covers in the restaurant (100–120 on Sundays)
Take responsibility for shaping the kitchen's culture and structure
Service Hours
Bar food served daily: 12–9:30pm
Restaurant open Wednesday–Sunday (closed Monday & Tuesday)
Typical dinner service: 30–40 covers (Wed–Sat)
About You
We are seeking a
hands-on, ambitious, and innovative chef
who is ready to take on a leadership role. You may already be an experienced Head Chef, or a strong Sous Chef looking for that next step.
Essential qualities include:
Proven experience in a busy kitchen leadership role
Creativity and a passion for menu development
Strong leadership and communication skills
A drive to elevate a pub restaurant into a true dining destination
