We are a technology start-up that provides a Customer Acquisition Platform (CAP) that makes finding new customers simple, easy, and scalable for service-based SMEs. Via one seamless platform, we connect SMEs to a network of two-sided online marketplaces that match high-intent consumers to their business, in order to catalyze their growth.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a mission-oriented sales account executive to join us at an exciting point in our journey. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

The role encompasses three core areas:

1. Sales prospecting — including cold outreach and handling warm inbound inquiries.
2. Managing relationships with existing customers.
3. Validating leads that enter our CAP software platform.

Your responsibilities include:

* Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities that match our ideal customer profile (ICP) through research, cold outreach via email and telephone, and networking.
* Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Handling outbound lead validation via telephone.
* Tracking and reporting sales metrics and KPIs to management.
* Building and maintaining your pipeline using our CRM system.
* Collaborating with marketing to develop lead-generation campaigns.
* Providing feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends.

Key experience required:

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry.
* Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
