Role: Animal Management Lecturer Location: Greater Manchester Start Date: As soon as possible Type: Temporary (Would consider permanent) Rate: £30 - £35 per hour Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Animal Management lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the land-based department, delivering high-quality education and training to learners preparing for careers in the animal care industry There are 2 roles, one full time and one part time (0.6) * About the Role: As a member of the Animal Care team, you will plan and deliver engaging, practical and theoretical lessons across a range of animal care qualifications. You will work closely with learners to develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence in caring for a wide variety of animals. Key Responsibilities: * Teach and assess on animal care programmes in both classroom and practical settings. * Support the development and delivery of an engaging and up-to-date curriculum * Track and support student progress, including preparation for assessments. What We're Looking For: * A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). * A relevant Level 3 or higher qualification in Animal Care or Animal Management. * Industry experience working with a range of animal species. * A commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and learning. * Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
