A specialist consultancy focused on the media sector is looking for a recently qualified accountant to join the business. This is an opportunity to step into a role with real ownership, variety, and autonomy from day one, working with a portfolio of agency clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver audit assignments from scoping through to reporting, with support from the wider team.
* Build a strong understanding of agency revenue models, cost structures, and commercial arrangements.
* Engage with stakeholders to document processes, assess risks, and test controls with a pragmatic approach.
* Produce clear, concise audit findings and recommendations that drive meaningful business improvements.
* Manage your workload effectively in a remote environment while contributing to team collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
About You:
* Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
* At least 3 years’ experience in audit or finance within a media or advertising environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
* Comfortable working remotely with a proactive and self-managed approach
* An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a genuine interest in understanding how media businesses operate
