As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:
* Manage sales and purchases of high-value residential properties.
* Provide legal guidance on buy-to-let investments and property portfolios.
* Assist clients with shared ownership schemes and related legalities.
* Support and develop junior team members.
What experience is needed:
* Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive ideally with at least 8 PQE.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and high-value caseload independently.
* Business development and marketing experience is essential for this role.
* Experience in mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to departmental growth.
