Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Bristol
We are working with an excellent clinical negligence team, who are based in Bristol in their search for a clinical negligence solicitor. This stellar claimant clinical negligence team are market leaders and are highly ranked for this type of work.
The successful clinical negligence solicitor will be managing your own clinical negligence caseload from inception to completion. This will include birth trauma, delays in diagnosis/misdiagnosis, surgical mistakes, medical advice errors and the administration of the incorrect medication.
You must be able to show that you are a qualified solicitor (or coming up to qualification) and have a training seat in clinical negligence. Our client will accept applications between NQ and 2 years' PQE. You must have an active interest in this area of law.
