An Invitation to Co-Create Europe’s Leadership Operating Standard
Europe represents the next strategic frontier for leadership transformation. As we prepare to introduce our work into the European market, we are establishing a founding advisory architecture that will shape our entry, positioning, and long-term credibility across the region.
We are inviting a select group of senior European leaders to join Rise & Thrive Global as Founding Strategic Advisors – Leadership Operating System (Europe).
This is not employment, governance, or operational consulting. It is an opportunity to shape market strategy from inception, contribute to the establishment of a new leadership operating standard, and align through long-term, equity-based partnership.
What We're Building in Europe
Rise & Thrive Global is expanding our proven leadership and coaching programmes into Europe, including:
* The Leadership Operating System – a comprehensive leadership transformation platform for C-suite teams
* ICF Level 2 Positive Psychology Coaching Programme – globally recognised coaching certification grounded in evidence-based psychology
The Strategic Advisor Role
As a Founding Strategic Advisor, you provide strategic perspective, not execution. You contribute:
* Market intelligence on European expansion priorities and timing
* Pressure-testing of positioning, offers, and go-to-market assumptions
* Pattern recognition from lived experience across European markets
* Insight on cultural nuance, credibility signals, and regional decision-making
* Strategic sounding board to the founder and executive team
Role Boundaries: This is an advisory role only. There is no governance responsibility, no operational delivery, no revenue share or commission structure, and no client or implementation duties.
Who This Is For
We are seeking senior European leaders with:
* 15+ years of leadership experience within Europe
* Current or recent role as CEO, Managing Director, Partner, EVP, or equivalent
* Deep expertise in one or more of the following sectors:
– Enterprise and professional services
– Manufacturing, infrastructure, or energy
– Technology platforms or telecommunications
– Public sector, education, or healthcare
– Financial services or regulated industries
* Strong strategic judgement and commercial perspective
* Active engagement in the European market today; comfort working in English with additional European languages as a plus
Time Commitment
Approximately 4–6 strategic sessions per year:
* Quarterly advisory sessions (typically 90–120 minutes)
* Occasional focused discussions on specific market questions
* No day-to-day involvement or operational responsibility
What You Gain
* Equity-based advisory partnership: Long-term alignment through equity participation, with specific terms discussed during selection process
* Founding influence: Shape European market architecture from inception, including positioning, partnerships, and expansion sequencing
* Association with global leadership: Alignment with a globally respected organisation led by a PhD, MCC-certified coach, and TED speaker recognised for expertise in positive psychology and leadership transformation
* High-calibre peer network: Access to a select advisory cohort of accomplished European leaders across sectors
Selection Process
Appointments are limited and made selectively. We are building a diverse advisory board with complementary sector expertise and geographic coverage across Europe.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Early expressions of interest will receive priority consideration.
How to Apply
Please apply directly through LinkedIn by sending a message with your expression of interest (maximum 500 words) addressing:
* Your current role and European market experience, including countries, sectors, and typical scale of organisations you have led or advised
* The specific sector expertise or strategic lens you would contribute to the advisory board
* Why this opportunity resonates with you at this stage of your career, and current advisory board commitments (if any)
