What will I be doing?
Leading a team of 2 supervisors & 2 site project engineers, promoting our core values of Growth, Accountability, Engagement, Respect & Safety. Ensuring a safe, efficient Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility for Civil and Military Landing Gears and Equipment. Continuously improving EHS compliance, safety culture, equipment performance, and site aesthetics.

Facilities & Maintenance Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Facilities team for high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee facilities operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
• Drive strategic initiatives, including sustainability programs.
• Manage budgets, optimize resources, and control costs.
• Act as the site focal point for SAFRAN maintenance best practices.
• Manage contractors, ensuring compliance with HSE and SLAs.
Job Requirements
Success in this role requires:
• Management experience in manufacturing environments
• Change and risk management skills
• Knowledge of ISO OHSAS 18001 & BSI ISO 14001 management systems
• Experience in a lower-tier COMAH facility
• Facilities management experience in manufacturing
• Understanding of integrated facilities and supplier management
• Extensive project management skills, including resource and cost control
• Ability to interpret programs, drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Flexibility and openness to improvement
• Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills, with experience leading project managers and site teams.
