* Effectivelyfollowinguponprospectdata,inboundleadsandmarketingcampaignstobuildupandnurturealong-termpipelineofsalesopportunities.
* Ensuringallkeydetails-decisionmakers,incumbentsuppliersandcontractualperiods-areupdatedonallleadswherepossible.
* Usingspecialisedtools,socialmediaandnewschannelstoidentifybusinessissueswhichhelppositionMoorepayproductsandservicestogiveusacompetitiveadvantage.
* DrivingownactivitytocontinuallyachievedesiredKPIs.
* EffectiveutilisationofdataandCRM/databasetoupdate/recordaccuratedetailsaboutclientsandprospects.
* Workingcloselywithotherdepartmentstoensuresuccessindeliveringaqualityservicetoourclients.
Skills&Experience
* Previoussalesexperience,whetherthisisinatelephonebasedroleorwithinacustomerservice/retailbackground.
* Excellentcustomerserviceskills.
* Experiencewithinthesalesprocessisbeneficial.
* Confident,strongcommunicatorwithcharismaandgravitas.
* Willingandcapableoflearningandadaptingquickly.
* EducatedtoaminimumofGCSELevel-Maths&Englishessential.
