Job Description
1. Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the senior management team
2. Organising and managing diaries, making appointments
3. Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
4. Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
5. Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate
6. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
7. Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
8. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
1. A high level of organisational and administrative skills
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
4. Experience in a secretarial or business support role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
