The Role
As a multi skilled maintenance engineer, you’ll join a small, supportive engineering team reporting to the Engineering Manager. You’ll work on a mix of reactive and planned maintenance with a 50/50 split between electrical and mechanical tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Fault finding on electrical systems including PLC systems, drives, motors, and heating elements
2. Mechanical maintenance on conveyors, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sprockets
3. Delivering weekly PPM schedules and responding to breakdowns
4. Supporting project work, installations, and continuous improvement activity
What We’re Looking For
5. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
6. Strong background as a multi skilled maintenance engineer within manufacturing or FMCG
7. Experience with both electrical and mechanical fault finding
8. Motivated, reliable, and ideally based locally in Hull

9. £37,000 - £42,000
10. OTE around £50,000 with overtime
11. Overtime rates: 1.5x weekdays/Saturdays, 2x Sundays
