Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Advisor
* Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport
* Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
* Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management
* Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals
* Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers
* Upselling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximise opportunity to retain
* Following all appropriate FSA regulations
To be a Customer Sales Advisor you'll need:
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
* Are proficient in English (oral and written)
* Are flexible to work shifts between, 7:45 am – 9 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:45 am – 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday
* Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
