Shift patterns: Saturday, Sunday(18:00-06:00) plus 2 other days ( i.e. Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday Friday) during week on Night shift (22:00-06:00) Pay rates: £16.26 hourly Essential requirements for Warehouse Admin: Basic computer work experience Warehouse Stock control experience Goods in/Out experience Desirable requirements for Warehouse Admin: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Organising and maintaining files and records Supporting day-to-day office operations Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence Answering and directing phone calls professionally Coordinating meetings and events Good communication and organisational skills Your role for Warehouse Admin: Manage warehouse documentation and maintain accurate digital records of stock movements. Coordinate goods in and goods out processes to ensure efficient warehouse flow. Perform regular stock control audits and update inventory management systems. Support general warehouse operations by providing administrative assistance to the floor team. Ensure all health and safety administrative protocols are followed within the warehouse environment.
