Job Description
3. Lead and mentor IT Business Partners to align IT capabilities with business priorities
4. Shape and implement IT strategies that enhance operational performance
5. Manage the IT Capex budget, ensuring effective allocation and financial oversight
6. Optimise 1st and 2nd line support processes to improve service quality
7. Engage senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technology initiatives
8. Oversee end‑to‑end IT project delivery using structured project management practices
9. Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
10. Manage risks, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Programme Manager should have:
11. Extensive experience in senior IT management and business‑IT alignment
12. Strong project management and delivery background across complex portfolios
13. Proven success managing budgets and leading cross‑functional teams
14. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
15. Strong understanding of ITIL and service management frameworks

18. Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
