Join Redbrain as we revolutionise Google Shopping performance for Europes biggest retailers. We delivered over £1.2 billion in GMV as the performance partner, using AI-powered feed optimisation to capture the incremental traffic and sales that helped our retailers hit their targets.
As our PPC Traffic Manager, youll manage enterprise accounts. Youll work with cutting-edge AI technology to maximise the potential of your accounts, from Feed optimisation to campaign automation.

Our feed optimisation technology analyses 4 billion products and makes millions of micro-decisions that unlock the hidden performance in Google Shopping - because while everyone obsesses over bidding, we know that feed quality is where the real competitive advantage lies.

What you’ll do
* Architect & run shopping campaigns for enterprise accounts across Google and Microsoft platforms.
* Deploy AI automation to optimise bidding, fix feed issues, and scale what works.
* Master product feeds - the secret weapon that wins Shopping auctions.
* Ship fast - test new strategies in days, not months.
* Shape our tech - your insights drive what engineering builds next.
* Own the numbers - manage budgets ruthlessly, cutting losers and scaling winners.
What You Bring
* 2+ years managing Google Shopping campaigns at scale.
* Track record of hitting ROAS targets on Shopping campaigns.
* Demonstrates success in optimising Paid Search campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
* Advanced understanding of product feeds and optimisation.
* Data-driven mindset ready to embrace AI transformation.
Technical Foundation
* Strong Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising knowledge.
* Strong analytical skills with Excel/Analytics.
