Here at Zero2Five we are delighted to be working on behalf of a private inclusive Nursery based near Huyton, Liverpool who are looking to employ Room Leader or a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse looking to progress in their early years journey. The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy nursery setting and will deliver high standards of care, child development and learning for the nursery children in a welcoming, caring and safe environment.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passionate, nurturing, and committed to delivering high-quality childcare
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Enhanced DBS check on update service (or willingness to undergo one)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of early years staff to deliver outstanding care and education
Create and maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Support and monitor the progress of children, including those with SEN
Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments, EHCPs, and reviews as required
Promote safeguarding and ensure welfare requirements are met at all times
