Transport Admin – Lutterworth
Location: Lutterworth
Pay: £26,000 – £28,000
Schedule: 4 on 4 off, 06:00 – 18:00

We are recruiting for a Transport Admin to join a busy and growing logistics operation based in Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transport Admin who is looking to build a long‑term career within the transport and logistics industry. The business is looking for someone who is reliable, committed, eager to learn and genuinely passionate about developing within a transport environment.
Role
As a Transport Admin, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day transport operation, ensuring that drivers, customers and the wider transport team receive the administrative support required to keep the operation running efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Process transport paperwork and driver documentation
* Support transport planners with daily administration
* Monitor deliveries and update internal systems
* Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse teams
* Manage PODs and transport‑related documentation
* Update transport management systems accurately
* Handle telephone and email enquiries
* Assist with reporting and operational administration
* Support the wider transport office as required
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Transport Admin, Logistics Administrator or within a transport office environment
* Experience within the logistics, distribution or haulage sector is essential
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills and confidence using transport systems
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Reliable, committed and keen to progress
* Passion for building a career within the transport industry
